Hazard warning/assumption of risk/safety precautions

Dead and dying ash trees can pose hazards of serious injury from falling tree material. Participants agree to assume all risks of injury from these trees and to not hold project organizers, administrators or funding sources liable for them. Nevertheless, you are encouraged to take sensible precautions, which include avoiding infested ash stands on windy days, working efficiently so that you do not spend unnecessary time beneath dying trees, staying aware of your surroundings so that if you hear a tree snapping you can quickly move away from it, and potentially wearing a hard hat although it will not offer significant protection from the direct hit of a trunk or limb.
